If you're not in love with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

• · Devices and tools must be unused and in resellable condition
• · Sale and final-sale items are not eligible for return

How to Start a Return

Email returns@glowlab.shop with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label (US) or return instructions (international).

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Bank processing may add a few additional days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement immediately — no return required.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. To swap an item, return it for a refund and place a new order.
