Refund Policy

10-Day Return Window

If your order isn't right, you have 10 days from delivery to start a return for a refund of the product price.

Eligibility

  • · Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • · Sealed/unopened products are eligible for a full refund
  • · Opened products: refund only if defective or not as described (hygiene rules for skincare)
  • · Devices and tools must be unused and in resellable condition
  • · Sale and final-sale items are not eligible

How to Start a Return

Email support@glowlabs.studio within 10 days of delivery with your order number, the items you'd like to return, and the reason. We'll reply with return instructions.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Bank processing may add a few additional days.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — no return shipping required.

Return Shipping

Since our catalog is sourced directly from partner brands in Korea, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent in error.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. To swap an item, return it for a refund and place a new order.
