Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the GLŌW LABS website and any orders you place. The site is operated by Cham Cham Enterprises. By using the site you agree to these Terms. Questions: support@glowlabs.studio.

Orders & Payment

• · Payment is captured at the time of order
• · We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, supply issues) and will refund any payment in full

Sourcing & Fulfillment

GLŌW LABS is a curated marketplace. Products are sourced through our network of K-beauty brand and supplier partners and fulfilled directly from their warehouses. Shipping timelines, costs, and return eligibility are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Product Information & No Medical Advice

The products we sell are over-the-counter cosmetics — not medicines, medical devices, or dermatological treatments. We aim to display product details, ingredients, and imagery accurately as provided by the brand or supplier, but we do not warrant that the site is error-free or that listings are complete.

Nothing on this site — including blog posts, marketing copy, the AI Skin Scan, product recommendations, or customer-service replies — is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan. Skincare results vary significantly by individual. You are responsible for reading the ingredient list, patch-testing new products for 24 hours before use, discontinuing use if irritation occurs, and consulting a qualified dermatologist or physician for any persistent or serious skin concern, before starting strong actives (e.g. retinoids, high-strength AHAs/BHAs), or if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a medical condition.

AI Skin Scan

The Skin Scan is an automated product-matching tool that analyses an uploaded photo and suggests cosmetic products from our catalog. It is not a diagnostic instrument and does not detect, screen for, or rule out any medical condition (including skin cancer, infections, or allergic reactions). Suggestions are informational only — you remain solely responsible for deciding what to buy and how to use it.

Assumption of Risk

By purchasing or using any product from GLŌW LABS, you acknowledge that cosmetic products can cause allergic reactions, irritation, or other adverse skin responses in some individuals, and you agree to use them at your own risk after reading the ingredient list and conducting a patch test. Stop use immediately and seek medical attention if you experience a serious reaction.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and the GLŌW LABS name — is owned by Cham Cham Enterprises or its licensors and may not be used without permission. Third-party brand names and product images remain the property of their respective owners and are used here for product identification only.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cham Cham Enterprises and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to skin irritation, allergic reaction, personal injury, loss of profits, or lost data — arising from your use of the site, the Skin Scan, or any product purchased through GLŌW LABS. Our total cumulative liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cham Cham Enterprises is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in those courts unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
